| Canada & UK Shipping Policy: | Items can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is required and a customs form for tracking is required. The shipping fee starts at $25.00 for orders and if value is over $100.00 additional insurance must be purchased by customer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Shipping Cut Off: | Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed will be shipped on the soonest scheduled ship date. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Return and Exchange Policy: | Product must be returned within 45 days
of purchase. Condition of product must not show wear and be in the same condition
in which it left the office. You may exchange or return merchandise for a
full refund based on the original form of purchase. If you paid with a credit
card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number(s). If you are
returning a gift, you may choose an exchange or a credit toward your next
purchase. The return shipping charge for the item(s) exchange is the responsibility
of the customer. If product is received by the customer damaged, a notification
must be received by the office within 48 hours. A pick up certificate will
be issued by Sarda to have the package returned to the office. Please do
not throw away the packaging as it will be necessary for the shipper.

| Payment Policy: | All major credit cards are
accepted including Amex, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept Check
by Phone and Money Orders. If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping
a credit will be made in the form of the orginal method of payment. Credit
cards will require a phone call to the customer in order to acquire the orginal
credit card number (for your security CC numbers are not kept on file). All
other payments will be processed within 14 working days of shipping the order.
